I didn't get my confirmation email

Check your spam folder for a message from arete-4-gym.com. Still nothing after a few minutes? Try signing up again to resend it, or email us.

I forgot my password

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Arete, then Cancel. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the paid period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, then the gear icon, then Delete account. This permanently removes your data. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

How do I report a post or block someone?

Open the post and use the menu in the top-right corner. Blocking removes the friendship and hides them from your feed and search.
